Digital Designer

 Burlington, VT - Full Time

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Interpret and develop Tata Harper Skincare’s existing brand for digital, bringing the brand to life online in a way that is consistent with all of our other consumer touch points (product, packaging, etc.) as well as our brand mood boards and references
  • Ensure a consistent creative vision as it relates to site work, mobile, email marketing, brand promotions and social media integration
  • Utilize a solid understanding of digital device functionality, architecture, intuitive user experiences and navigation
  • Stay on top of of UX best practices and create wireframes, sitemaps, content outlines and user flow diagrams to justify design decisions
  • Ongoing production on certain elements of the site including: promotional updates, headers, graphics, and seasonal imagery
  • Create complex web editorials around unique concepts while working with developer to ensure the process of moving from design to a fully functional website with interactive features
  • Design site wide refreshes and ensure that the online design is consistent with the brand
  • Work closely with our Creative Director and Design Team to determine visual design and conceptual directions

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts/Graphic Design or related field or equivalent visual design 3+ years of digital and/or graphic design experience
  • Strong knowledge of InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop, current social media
  • A strong working knowledge of experience design, interaction design, brand development, and Responsive Web Design

OTHER SKILLS and ABILITIES:

  • Ability to articulate and present concepts
  • Willingness to work with tight deadlines in high pressured environments without compromising on work quality

eCommerce Marketing Manager

 Burlington, VT - Full Time

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead conversion rate optimization on email marketing campaigns including: A/B and multivariate testing, customer journey analysis, copy optimization, marketing automation workflows, online surveys/customer feedback, cart abandonment analysis, and segmentation.
  • Own all aspects of email production including management of email calendar, asset creation, scheduling, QA, approval, segmentation building, and post deployment analysis.
  • Work with Content Marketing Manager to develop integrated campaigns that span email, display, social, mobile and on site.
  • Analyze results of email campaigns from both qualitative and quantitative standpoints, with special focus on e-commerce growth.
  • Grow customer database through acquisition campaigns, brand partnerships, and innovative strategies.
  • Dramatically increase traffic, conversion, and profitability of tataharperskincare.com and Tata Harper’s Amazon.com store.
  • Create, execute, measure and optimize paid search, display and video advertising, and direct response campaigns; manage budget and campaign pacing.
  • Work with Senior Designer and Content Marketing Manager to drive landing page optimization, product feed, ad creative and cross-channel and cross-device attribution models.
  • Test new and advanced advertising platforms and features with the ability to define, measure and identify successful tests and scale these programs.
  • Create a set of KPI’s and maintain them on a regular basis, provide weekly and monthly executive business summaries.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in a similar role.
  • Experience managing others and leveraging resources with effective cross team communications.
  • Proven success managing and growing ecommerce stores.
  • Luxury, fashion, beauty, CPG experience a plus.

OTHER SKILLS and ABILITIES:

  • Ability to analyze existing data, email campaigns, and any digital marketing efforts and provide feedback, suggestions and implementation strategies.

  • Generate visual content for digital channels on a daily basis, including photography, videography, and editing.
