eCommerce Marketing Manager

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead conversion rate optimization on email marketing campaigns including: A/B and multivariate testing, customer journey analysis, copy optimization, marketing automation workflows, online surveys/customer feedback, cart abandonment analysis, and segmentation.
  • Own all aspects of email production including management of email calendar, asset creation, scheduling, QA, approval, segmentation building, and post deployment analysis.
  • Work with Content Marketing Manager to develop integrated campaigns that span email, display, social, mobile and on site.
  • Analyze results of email campaigns from both qualitative and quantitative standpoints, with special focus on e-commerce growth.
  • Grow customer database through acquisition campaigns, brand partnerships, and innovative strategies.
  • Dramatically increase traffic, conversion, and profitability of tataharperskincare.com and Tata Harper’s Amazon.com store.
  • Create, execute, measure and optimize paid search, display and video advertising, and direct response campaigns; manage budget and campaign pacing.
  • Work with Senior Designer and Content Marketing Manager to drive landing page optimization, product feed, ad creative and cross-channel and cross-device attribution models.
  • Test new and advanced advertising platforms and features with the ability to define, measure and identify successful tests and scale these programs.
  • Create a set of KPI’s and maintain them on a regular basis, provide weekly and monthly executive business summaries.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in a similar role.
  • Experience managing others and leveraging resources with effective cross team communications.
  • Proven success managing and growing ecommerce stores.
  • Luxury, fashion, beauty, CPG experience a plus.

OTHER SKILLS and ABILITIES:

  • Ability to analyze existing data, email campaigns, and any digital marketing efforts and provide feedback, suggestions and implementation strategies.
  • Strong project management skills including: conceptualization, driving alignment, planning resources, managing deadlines and objectives, delivering analysis and recommendations.

Business Development Analyst

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Tata's Natural Alchemy, LLC seeks Business Development Analyst to telecommute from Miami, FL. Formulate, evaluate, and propose marketing and business development opportunities for company’s skincare line while supporting growth and expansion throughout Latin America. Visit with U.S. based offices and representatives of company’s Latin American vendors and clients, including skincare companies, primarily located in Miami, Florida. Develop new business avenues for company’s skincare products and work closely with senior management along with the sales, marketing, and customer service departments to achieve company business development goals. Conduct market research studies and analysis to help design business development initiatives in Latin America. Evaluate industry statistics by country relating to skincare products and recommend the most effective business development strategies. Develop pricing strategies based on sales forecasts, industry trends, and competition. Analyze logistics related to shipping products and recommend cost-effective destinations for product sale and distribution. Analyze different countries’ import and export regulations and taxes to determine optimal purchase and sale strategies. Evaluate target countries’ prevailing financial conditions and creditworthiness for potential new customers. Recommend financial strategies.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing plus two (2) years of experience in the role. Offered or in a Related Occupation, required. Four (4) years of experience also acceptable in lieu of Bachelor’s degree plus two years of experience. Any suitable combination of education, training or experience is acceptable. Must possess experience in the core job duties of market research, analysis, and business development, particularly as they pertain to Latin America. Little travel required. Less than 24% of employee’s work time would be domestic travel to Vermont to visit company headquarters, and international travel to Latin America to meet with potential buyers, retailers, and distributors.
