Quality Manager, Manufacturing

Role Description:

The purpose of this position is to develop and implement quality management system strategies for maintaining compliance with established cosmetic Good Manufacturing Practice standards and agency guidelines.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and assist in the implementation of Quality Management System and other regulatory procedures to achieve compliance with FDA cGMP and ISO 22716:2007. 
  • Assist to coordinate and execute internal and external audits 
  • Maintain quality assurance programs, policies, processes, procedures, and controls ensuring that performance and quality of the products conform to established standards and agency guidelines.
  • Provide leadership for quality systems improvements, and business process improvement initiatives. 
  • Responsible for ensuring compliance to the Quality Management System, GMP and any applicable company specific policies.
  • Review of daily audit findings in all departments related to manufacturing
  • Manage the planning, implementation and maintenance manufacturing activities to assure effectiveness of the Quality System.
  • Responsible for recruiting, hiring and leading a team of QA Technicians.  
  • Initiate action to prevent the occurrence of any non-conformities relating to product, process, and quality system, and aid in determining corrective actions.
  • Verify the implementation of solutions and/or corrective actions.
  • Control further processing, delivery, or installation of non-conforming products until the condition has been corrected.
  • Oversee environmental monitoring, pest control, premise maintenance are kept up to date.
  • Act as customer support liaison for any quality-related customer concerns.
  • Participate in weekly product integrity meetings and continuous improvement sessions
  • Maintain product retains and records for raw materials, bulk, and production runs.
  • Open communication with all areas of production
  • Maintain and utilize data to manage the process and drive continuous improvement
  • Continually review process deviations, non-conforming materials and goods, and help to advance the quality standards of the company and finished goods delivered to the highest potential.


Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of manufacturing quality experience is required. 
  • Excellent communication skills required, including active listening and effective speaking.
  • Demonstrated skill in organizing work and setting priorities.
  • Energetic multi-tasker that can thrive in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Ability to interpret general technical procedures, forms, work instructions, material safety data sheets, and procedure manuals.
  • Knowledge of quality systems, ISO22716, GMP, and OSHA
  • Attention to detail and skills in organizing work and setting priorities.
  • No sensitivities to fragrances/aromas
  • Ability to meet physical requirements, standing walking, lifting, carrying, crouching.
  • Basic mathematical and mechanical aptitude
  • Proficiency in Microsoft office and Google docs required.

Manager, Digital Marketing

Role Description:

We are searching for an analytical Manager of Digital Marketing to serve as a key support resource for the Tata Harper Skincare DTC Marketing team. The ideal candidate will be driven by data, best practices and highly analytical, managing communication between the DTC Marketing team and our digital agencies. We value data-driven creative choices and are looking for an individual who is passionate about digital media performance, optimization, reporting and best practices.

Responsibilities:

Paid Media Management

  • Responsible for day to day management and coordination of Paid Media:

Social: Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, Youtube, TikTok & emerging channels). 

SEM: Handle weekly management with SEM team, ensuring best in class performance while optimizing ROI and revenue goals.

Affiliate: Assist in coordination of the affiliate marketing channel.

  • Managing budgets and campaigns across all digital channels to drive strong return on investment and efficient CAC
  • Manage the paid media calendar and content brief process, including coordination of the edits/approvals process for all paid media assets.
  • Monitor, identify and implement optimizations across all paid media channels in partnership with DTC marketing team and digital agencies.
  • Ensure traffic and revenue are pacing to goals by working with digital agencies to track spend, budget & revenue performance.
  • Develop a solid understanding of which creative assets work best cross-channel in an ongoing quest for program optimization.

Reporting & Analytics

  • Monitor performance daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly to ensure business is pacing to goals. Generate reports and communicate findings to internal and external stakeholders with pacing updates to goals. 
  • Understand and leverage both in-channel data as well as Google Analytics LC data to develop a comprehensive understanding of performance. 
  • Consult third party tools (like CDP, Attribution Tools) to review holistic marketing performance and identify opportunities with new segments or CRM capabilities. 
  • Analyze customer demographic, psychographic, and purchasing behaviors using first party and third party data and reports. 
  • Conduct customer segmentation based on evaluating online marketing and selling metrics.

Strategy & Research

  • Research target audience interest/activities to hone in on targeting strategy, best practices, future strategy optimization 
  • In-the-know regarding current paid social media trends, opportunities, strategy and paradigm shifts


Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of experience planning and executing paid advertising campaigns on key platforms including, Meta, Twitter, YouTube, TikTok and preferably Google AdWords 
  • Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in marketing or advertising 
  • Strong communicator, ability to translate digital insights cross-functionally 
  • Exceptionally organized, able to juggle several projects simultaneously
  • Efficient, self-starter
  • Beauty experience a plus
