Role Description:

The Senior Manager/Director of eCommerce (D2C) is a critical member of the Global Digital & D2C team at Tata Harper Skincare. They will be responsible for carrying out strategic direction and leading the team in execution for long and short term goals. The candidate is expected to support brand vision, manage creative effectively, and guide the team to meet the performance goals of the business. 

The Senior Manager/Director eCommerce reports to the SVP of Ecommerce and Digital Marketing and  is ultimately responsible for building a best-in-class online shopping experience in support of Tata Harper Skincare’s strategic and operating objectives.

  • Direct Reports: Ecom Digital Content & Merchandiser, Ecom CRM Manager, and Ecom Loyalty Manager

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with senior leadership, marketing, technology, customer services, and operations team to optimize website shopping experience and product & promotional efforts to help meet business needs
  • Analyze website performance, lead the team for optimization and management for maintenance and growth
  • Manage workflow process of item set-up and product launch on Tata Harper Skincare’s global website, Amazon store, e-tailers, cross-border partners, pop up stores, affiliates and authorized 3rd party websites
  • Provide product recommendations for acquisition and retention campaigns and product forecast for various D2C businesses
  • Coordinate with Inventory Planner/Buyer and manage the movement of advertised goods in marketing  campaigns based on inventory level 
  • Help drive Tata Harper Skincare’s global website improvements by working with digital technology team, digital marketers, digital designers, developers and third-party agencies.
  • Manage the creation and syndication of digital product information (product details, copy, images) and content  on Tata Harper Skincare’s global website, Amazon store, e-tailers, cross-border partners, pop up stores, affiliates and authorized 3rd party websites
  • Partner with the Digital Creative and Design Team to ensure digital product photography meets digital style  guides to create the best online client experience
  • Proof site merchandising requirements including the copy, image, products, promotional content, price-strings,  special attributes, and the navigational placement on Tata Harper Skincare’s global website and authorized third party sites
  • Provide ongoing sign-off on content publication through the testing of all site content in coordination with  weekly site refreshes, functionality and marketing initiatives 
  • Establish dashboards and associated KPIs for website, product and customer retention performance to provide insight in to business performance of the channel

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree required 
  • 5-10 years of experience in online merchandising and eCommerce operations required
  • Proven analytical and quantitative skills 
  • High attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously
  • Organized and flexible with a track record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to influence multiple stakeholders and lead cross-functional projects across category or other departments 
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills 
  • Expertise in using Excel to analyze a business, including experience with macros and pivot tables 
  • Expertise in using Google Analytics and similar analytical tools to measure performance, determine improvements and innovations, and to support project requests from partner teams required 
  • Experience with Magento and other eCommerce platforms plus related reports and analytics required 
  • Experience with SQL queries preferred
  • Experience with replatforming and Shopify

Job Summary:

We’re searching for a highly creative TikTok Content Creator to join our team and can grow the
awareness of Tata Harper on TikTok. In this role, you’ll work closely with our Social Media,
Marketing and Creative teams and gain experience in Content Creation and marketing
Campaigns for luxury skincare.

This is a unique opportunity in a fast-paced, luxury skincare brand to become part of a team that offers new challenges and learning experiences of all things pure and natural skincare.

Roles/Responsibilities:

  • Help develop, execute, and edit engaging content on Tata Harper’s TikTok channel
  • Work closely with the Senior Director of Digital Content and Social Strategy to plan out
    TikTok content for the upcoming weeks
  • Research trending content, Stay up to date on trending audios and memes to create
    effective on-the-fly TikTok content that our audience will love
  • Research up and coming creators and develop relationships with Tiktok creators who
    can support our campaigns.

Profile:

  • A content creator at heart: You have a knack for storytelling, and talent and experience
    creating and posting video content for TikTok with stunning visual content in a variety of
    formats.
  • A TikTok nerd and beauty obsessed: You are TikTok obsessed and live and breathe for
    beauty. You’re up to date on the latest TikTok trends, you understand channel specific
    best practices and geek out on testing the newest features the second they launch. You
    love all things beauty and skincare, follow beauty influencers and have a great eye for
    elevated content.
  • Organized and detail-oriented: Highly organized and detail-oriented, ensuring that

Qualifications:

  • A college student enrolled in a degree-seeking program studying Marketing or another
    related field.
  • Previous internship and/or related experience preferred.
    Available to work 15-20 hours a week flex time but with the expectation to be available to
    connect with the team during some business hours
  • Strong interest in beauty and skincare.
  • TikTok fan with a strong understanding of what works on the channel.
  • Ability to brainstorm and develop creative concepts.

  • Previous experience with video editing programs/apps preferred including but not limited

Overall Description:

The Tata Harper Specialist is directly responsible for driving sales, achieving or exceeding the planned retail sales goal in the assigned door(s) through development of in store sellers, management, and execution of special events.  Train other sellers how to sell and demonstrate Tata Harper skincare within their store.  Maintain counter appearance based off current merchandising guidelines. 

Daily Responsibilities:

  • Spend the first 15-30 minutes answering and sending emails, cleaning counter
  • Review MTD sales and know your counter goals and how much to achieve goal by day
  • Track productivity by team member, coach based on successes or challenges
  • Work at counter 7-8 hours per day depending on position (selling a minimum of 7 pieces of skincare each day, pulling customers, connecting with stylists and other sellers)
  • Review new launch products or selling focus and make a daily focus 
  • Review slow selling products and make a daily focus
  • Perform Tata Harper Skincare massage techniques on customers (Glow getter, Hand and Arm Massage, Skin Smoothing Regimen, Sculpting Eye Treatment)
  • Connect with new hires in store and partner with existing employees

Sales and Education Coordinator

Austin, TX

Overall Description:

The Sales and Education Coordinator/Executive is directly responsible for achieving the planned retail sales goal in assigned doors through development of in-store teams, forming relationships with retailer management and staff, monitoring stock levels, and execution of special events.

Daily Responsibilities:

  • Be in store 5 days a week: selling by example for all Beauty Advisors, Beauty Experts, Product Specialists, and freelancers; how to build and close sales.
  • Support retail stores growth within a territory by maintaining an appropriate and consistent call cycle for assigned stores.
  • Communicate regularly with Regional Executive and VP of Sales to communicate needs, share results and ideas.
  • Know your numbers (Sales Report) and what is needed for the week.
  • Have a schedule that is approved by your Regional Manager/VP of Sales and a plan on what is needed to accomplish the regions goals.
  • Connect with any freelance staff that you are responsible for.
  • Plan travel for upcoming weeks.
  • Review numbers, sell through, and out of stock lists and communicate needs to the coordinating departments.
  • Review on order report and communicate to counters/stores of in-coming stock.
  • Fill out needed grids from Wholesale Operations.
  • Submit weekly recap form to Regional Executive and VP of Sales (e.g. wins, challenges, and opportunities and total volume).
  • Attend weekly Sales Call every Wednesday at 12pm EST via Zoom.
  • Successfully implement all in store merchandising programs; ensure the consistent implementation of merchandising guidelines and uphold counter image, identity, and hygiene in accordance with Tata Harper standards. Submitting counter photos when new merchandising guidelines are launched.
  • Provide comprehensive training and motivation of both inter-sell and store staff of all products and promotions as needed.
  • Responsible for the setup, coordination, and execution of all in store events; supervision of all freelancers; negotiate event setup with department or store manager; establish goals. Track pre-sell and performance for each event.

Bi-Monthly Responsibilities:

  • Connect with Regional Manager/ VP of Sales having successes and challenges ready to review. 
  • Connect with the Global Education Director and explore Learn Worlds Education platform on training needs, ideas, and questions. 
  • Partner with store management to achieve targets, resolve issues and maintain positive relations.
