Senior Manager, Ecommerce Marketing

Tata Harper Skincare is seeking an exceptional Senior Manager, eCommerce Marketing to help lead the growth and evolution of its ecommerce business. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ecommerce user experience, merchandising and operations, a deep understanding of customer acquisition and retention marketing, and a proven history of growing website traffic and conversion as an ecommerce manager in a previous role.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Define overarching shopping experience strategy, identifying merchandising and optimization opportunities, prioritizing growth, and maintaining our position as the #1 green luxury beauty brand.
  • Dramatically increase traffic, conversion, and profitability of tataharperskincare.com and Tata Harper’s Amazon.com store.
  • Lead conversion rate optimization on email marketing campaigns including: A/B and multivariate testing, customer journey analysis, copy optimization, marketing automation workflows, online surveys/customer feedback, cart abandonment analysis, and segmentation.
  • Own all aspects of email production including management of email calendar, creative briefs, scheduling, QA, approval, segmentation building, and post deployment analysis.
  • Work with VP, eCommerce and Digital Marketing and Senior Manager, Social Media & Content Marketing to develop integrated conversion and inbound marketing campaigns that span email, display, social, mobile and on site.
  • Analyze results of campaigns from both qualitative and quantitative standpoints, with special focus on e-commerce growth.
  • Grow customer database through acquisition campaigns, brand partnerships, and innovative strategies.
  • Create, execute, measure and optimize paid search, display and video advertising, and direct response campaigns; manage budget and campaign pacing.
  • Ability to analyze existing data, email campaigns, and any digital marketing efforts and provide feedback, suggestions and implementation strategies.
  • Work with media agency, VP, and Digital Designer to drive landing page optimization, ad creative, and cross-channel and cross-device attribution models.
  • Test new and advanced advertising platforms and features with the ability to define, measure and identify successful tests and scale these programs.
  • Strong project management skills including: conceptualization, driving alignment, planning resources, managing deadlines and objectives, delivering analysis and recommendations.
  • Maintain KPIs, provide weekly and monthly executive business summaries.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • 8+ years of experience in a similar role
  • Proven success managing and growing ecommerce stores
  • Luxury, fashion, beauty, CPG experience a plus
  • Strong knowledge of Bronto, Magento, Amazon Seller Central

R&D Coordinator

POSITION SUMMARY

The R&D Coordinator supports projects for skincare formula development by assisting R&D in all areas of responsibility in order to execute product launches on time and with excellence. This role is largely administrative; though certain projects require handling products and packaging.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Follow Product Development timelines and coordinate associated R&D meeting schedule to achieve product launch dates.
  • Create and manage R&D timelines and meeting schedules for reformulation projects.
  • Work with raw material vendors to collect and organize ingredient validation documentation.
  • Review raw material documentation to confirm compliance with company standards, product certifications, and regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain the raw material database and raw material shared drive.
  • Track raw material validation and certification for new formulas in development.
  • Design, recruit, manage, analyze, and report results of consumer research surveys for development prototypes.
  • Support package compatibility and stability testing programs.

Accounts Payable

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Accounts Payable invoice processing for all invoices. This includes the proper matching up of receiving records, processing timely to obtain discounts and processing credits in a timely and efficient matter
  • Posting of company credit cards and reconciliations
  • Posting of company shipping invoices and reconciliations
  • Posting and reconciling AP to the General Ledger
  • Routes unapproved, non-purchase order invoices for coding/approval

REQUIREMENTS

  • Prior Accounts Payable Experience required
  • Knowledge of applicable state and local sales tax laws, 1099 regulations, IRS regulations including independent contractors, accounts payable related terms/processes, and discount terms a plus
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail is required
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office applications necessary, especially Excel
  • Experience with SAP, NetSuite and Batchmaster software is preferred
  • General knowledge of accounting and cost control principles including Generally Accepted Accounting Principles

Junior Packaging Engineer

SUMMARY:

As the Junior Packaging Engineer you will need to have an analytical and organized personality.  Always looking and analyzing risks involved while managing the daily responsibilities within Packaging and reporting to Product Development.  An entrepreneurial mindset is key to make real time calls that best suit the needs of the business.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Development and implementation of new processes.
  • Create and maintain component and finished good specifications system; to contain:
    MSDS – received from suppliers
    Technical drawings/dielines- received from suppliers, approved by packaging
    Artwork- Provided by PD
    Color Standards- provided by PD
    Packaging Instructions- created by Packaging
    Tolerances – defined by packaging
    Testing Procedures –created and regulated by Packaging
    Create incoming components quality standards and inspections processes
  • Participate in non-conformance meetings and when applicable manage the implementation of corrections to packaging
  • Integral part of new component development including mold development and validation
  • Host and validate line trials at Tata Harper and vendors production facility when applicable
  • Qualify/ Approve and track die-lines and technical drawings. Provide approved dielines to creative for artwork design.
  • Validate Artwork created is correct dieline, has correct part number and UPC number, UPC size is correct and scans.

TATA HARPER SPA TRAINER

NORTH AMERICA

POSITION SUMMARY

This position reports directly to the Director of Spa and will work with Tata Harper Spa Accounts within the North-America and Canada.  In this position, you will be accountable for training Spa Accounts on product knowledge, brand mission, treatment protocols and new launches.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Coordinate and lead seasonal and core training sessions; seasonal / new launch training, product knowledge training and protocol training.
  • Effectively present information and respond to questions from staff, clients and customers.
  • Provide excellent service to fulfill the needs of the Spa Accounts.
  • Execute Education Conference Calls with the Spa Director.
  • Create customized training presentations.
  • Support the Spa Accounts with the coordination of special events as directed by the Director of Spa
  • Increase product penetration by expanding the Tata Harper portfolio in each Spa Account
  • Partner with Spa Accounts and the Director of Spa to address challenges and opportunities in each location
  • Prior to each training, determine the best training topics and approach most suitable for the Spa Account by discussing each Account needs with the Director of Spa
  • Assist Spa Accounts with placing orders and managing their inventory
  • Assist in the development and rollout of training programs & materials for internal and external use. 

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED

  • Has a current Esthetician License and has been currently practicing for a minimum of 2 years
  • A dual (Massage Therapy) license is an asset
  • Minimum 1-year presentation experience is an asset
