Senior Manager, eCommerce Marketing

New York, NY or Los Angeles, CA - Full Time


Tata Harper Skincare is seeking an exceptional Senior Manager, eCommerce Marketing to help lead the growth and evolution of its ecommerce business. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ecommerce user experience, merchandising and operations, a deep understanding of customer acquisition and retention marketing, and a proven history of growing website traffic and conversion as an ecommerce manager in a previous role.

Primary responsibilities:

  • Define overarching shopping experience strategy, identifying merchandising and optimization opportunities, prioritizing growth, and maintaining our position as the #1 green luxury beauty brand.
  • Dramatically increase traffic, conversion, and profitability of tataharperskincare.com and Tata Harper’s Amazon.com store.
  • Lead conversion rate optimization on email marketing campaigns including: A/B and multivariate testing, customer journey analysis, copy optimization, marketing automation workflows, online surveys/customer feedback, cart abandonment analysis, and segmentation.
  • Own all aspects of email production including management of email calendar, creative briefs, scheduling, QA, approval, segmentation building, and post deployment analysis.
  • Work with VP, eCommerce and Digital Marketing and Senior Manager, Social Media & Content Marketing to develop integrated conversion and inbound marketing campaigns that span email, display, social, mobile and on site.
  • Analyze results of campaigns from both qualitative and quantitative standpoints, with special focus on e-commerce growth.
  • Grow customer database through acquisition campaigns, brand partnerships, and innovative strategies.
  • Create, execute, measure and optimize paid search, display and video advertising, and direct response campaigns; manage budget and campaign pacing.
  • Ability to analyze existing data, email campaigns, and any digital marketing efforts and provide feedback, suggestions and implementation strategies.
  • Work with media agency, VP, and Digital Designer to drive landing page optimization, ad creative, and cross-channel and cross-device attribution models.
  • Test new and advanced advertising platforms and features with the ability to define, measure and identify successful tests and scale these programs.
  • Strong project management skills including: conceptualization, driving alignment, planning resources, managing deadlines and objectives, delivering analysis and recommendations.
  • Maintain KPIs, provide weekly and monthly executive business summaries.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • 8+ years of experience in a similar role
  • Proven success managing and growing ecommerce stores
  • Luxury, fashion, beauty, CPG experience a plus
  • Strong knowledge of Bronto, Magento, Amazon Seller Central
  • A strong working knowledge of user experience and eCommerce merchandising

This full time position is accountable for driving the retail sales and promoting Tata Harper Skincare, to obtain a defined monthly goal at Neiman Marcus. R&D Coordinator

Full Time

Reports to: Vice President, Research & Development

Position Summary:

The R&D Coordinator supports projects for skincare formula development by assisting R&D in all areas of responsibility in order to execute product launches on time and with excellence. This role is largely administrative; though certain projects require handling products and packaging.

Responsibilities:

  • Follow Product Development timelines and coordinate associated R&D meeting schedule to achieve product launch dates.
  • Create and manage R&D timelines and meeting schedules for reformulation projects.
  • Work with raw material vendors to collect and organize ingredient validation documentation.
  • Review raw material documentation to confirm compliance with company standards, product certifications, and regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain the raw material database and raw material shared drive.
  • Track raw material validation and certification for new formulas in development.
  • Design, recruit, manage, analyze, and report results of consumer research surveys for development prototypes.
  • Support package compatibility and stability testing programs.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant field or 1-3 years of relevant work experience
  • Excellent attention to detail and solid organization skills
  • Experience organizing and maintaining large volumes of data and information
  • Ability to schedule appointments with numerous attendees using electronic calendars
  • Energetic multi-tasker that can thrive in a fast-paced environment
