Duties and Tariffs
Through Borderfree checkout, our international customers now have the option to pay their duties and taxes upfront at the time of purchase. Per Borderfree’s FAQ “In general, duties and taxes are determined based on the type of product being shipped, its value, country of manufacture, and ultimate country of destination. You will be able to view an estimate of applicable duty and tax/VAT for your order within the Borderfree international checkout.”
A few countries do not support paying your duties and taxes upfront. In checkout it will say UNPAID next to duties and taxes. Please be aware you will have to deal with customs via your shipping carrier upon your parcel's arrival in country and pay to have the package released.
If you have further questions about the amount of duties and taxes you should be paying on your parcel please check with your local governing authority.
Expedited shipping options through Borderfree are provided by DHL. Standard shipping options differ by country with local carriers.
All international orders over $200 US Dollars qualify for free standard shipping.
*Due to Italian customs regulations, all Italian orders must be 4 items or less including samples.
*Due to the customs regulations of the Russian Federation we cannot ship free samples at this time.
Borderfree international checkout does not support gift cards. (Tata Harper Skincare's US website offers gift cards that can only be used on the US checkout.)
Gift with Purchase and Other Promotions
Unfortunately, our gifts with purchase are not available outside of the U.S. at this time. We hold exclusive international promotions regularly.
Borderfree international checkout supports all standard credit card types that Tata Harper Skincare previously supported (Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express) as well as some local options depending on your shipping destination.
Tata Harper Skincare does not accept International Returns, with the exception of EU returns within 14 days of receipt of parcel. To initiate a return, contact our Customer Care department at email@example.com
