We know we’re not alone in thinking the best way to relax at the end of the day is with a nice warm bath. Whether you prefer it with candles, bubbles, a glass of wine, or a good book, a bath is a simple way to slow down and take a breather before bed. It’s important to remember your self care rituals so we’re here with some tips on how to boost your bath.

Body oil leaves you with baby soft skin, so why not add it into your bath water and come out silky smooth? Adding a few pumps of our Revitalizing Body Oil to a nightly bath will calm skin all while leaving it moisturized and glistening. Water often dries out our skin, so adding this to your bath will replenish it with the moisture it craves.

Applying our Aromatic Treatments to your pulse points before getting into a warm will be beneficial to the mind AND body. The steam from the bath will create an even stronger scent of the essential oils. Rolling on the scents to your wrists, neck any where else that you feel hold extra tension, will be beneficial. Also rolling the Aromatic Bedtime Treatment or the Aromatic Stress Treatment into the palms of your hands and cupping them over your nose and mouth to take 5 deeps breaths will immediately calm you down and prepare you to enjoy your journey of relaxation.
