Welcome Warmth: Time to Get Outside

With warm weather on its way, we’re finding ourselves spending more and more time outside. From picnics to meditation, everything’s more fun with the warm sun shining down on us (and our sunscreen clad bodies). So we thought, what better way to welcome the sun than practicing mindfulness and paying thanks to mother nature.

We’ve rounded up some of our favorite ways to disconnect from technology and connect with nature, our loved ones, and most importantly ourselves.


One of our absolute favorite summer activities is stargazing. Grab some blankets and head outside on a clear night to get a glimpse of what we’re talking about. Shooting stars and constellations aren’t the only wonders the night sky has to offer, if you time it right, you can also watch the International Space Station pass overhead.
