Get The Look: Stella McCartney at PFW

The two Queens of Green teamed up to celebrate the world of sustainable luxury at Paris Fashion Week. Tata Harper was backstage with Stella McCartney to prep and prime her models for her spring/summer 2020 collection. The look at Stella is our favorite kind: fresh, no makeup makeup!

Backstage, Tata created the perfect base for Pat McGrath, giving the models perfectly hydrated, refreshed, and youthful skin. The amazing Pat McGrath lead her makeup team, using just primer, a hint of concealer, and curling eyelashes. That means it's all about supernatural, glowing skin - here's how to get the look!

STEP 1: OIL CLEANSE

We always start with a double cleanse for a clean slate. First, apply our Nourishing Oil Cleanser on dry skin to dissolve makeup and remove daily impurities.

This was especially important for models coming from other shows, to remove any existing makeup.

While the oil is on your skin, use a gua sha tool to depuff skin and stimulate circulation. This is Tata's favorite way to elevate her skincare ritual.

STEP 2: GLOW

Next, double cleanse with our Regenerating Cleanser to gently exfoliate skin. Before rinsing, apply Resurfacing Mask on top for five minutes and massaging in to skin for a flash facial. We call this glow getter, because it revives dull skin in just a few minutes.

For even better results, apply a warm Green Beauty Towelette to activate the enzymes and remove the mask completely.

STEP 3: Brighten & Prep

Apply our Concentrated Brightening Essence to hydrate and prep skin for your most important anti-aging products (up next in your regimen!)

This Supernatural essence brightens and corrects tone for an even, radiant complexion. It also preps skin for maximum absorption of the treatments that follow.

Really saturate your skin with the essence and apply the following serum while your skin is still damp. It'll help a little but of serum go a long way and maximize your results.

STEP 4: Plump & Volumize

Apply Elixir Vitae, our desert island product, all over face and neck. This is our most potent solution to plump skin and smooth wrinkles.

Follow with our Elixir Vitae Eye Serum around eyes and lips. Massage eyes in a circular moton - 5 times each direction - to drain excess fluid and revitalize tired eyes.

STEP 4: Hydrate

Finish with Crème Riche, our super hydrating moisturizer.

This youth preserving moisturizer targets visible signs of aging with natural antioxidants, essential fatty acids, and vitamin F to give you instantly soft, supple and a more youthful looking complexion. It's like a drink for your skin!

Before applying, activate sugars by massaging in hands until product transforms into a white velvet cream.

STEP 5: THE FINAL LOOK

The final look? Each model had their own mini facial to prep and glow, and mini facial massage to drain and depuff skin. The result was a fresh-faced no makeup, makeup look. This is Supernatural skin, fresh off the runway!
