Nesting 101: Tata Harper Spa Night
Going out tonight? Neither are we. With winter howling outside, forget your club night FOMO and enjoy this perfect, relaxing at-home spa evening.
Have you tried dry brushing yet? It’s great for exfoliating skin, and also may help your lymphatic system. To dry brush, brush in long, smooth strokes from your extremities - starting at your feet - towards your heart. You can even dry brush your face. It will give your skin a healthy glow.
Tata loves a good warm oil treatment for beautiful locks. She applies vinegar to her hair to make it smooth and shiny, and then coats it with a mixture of four warm oils: jojoba, avocado, argan, and coconut. Massage your hair well and cover it with a shower cap to prevent a mess. Leave this mixture on for about a half hour and rinse away for beautiful, shiny hair.

Improve your tub time with some simple tips. We love lighting Palo Santo an hour or before the bath to cleanse the air, and then right before we get in, we’ll mix a few drops of Aromatic Stress Treatment into an essential oil diffuser (we like this zen option).
Then try Tata’s current bathtime trick: she mixes Dr. Hauschka’s Rose Nurturing Bath Essence with Susanne Kaufmann’s Herbal Whey Bath. Polish your body with Smoothing Body Scrub and glow from head to toe with Revitalizing Body Oil.

No spa day is complete without a decadent skincare regimen. In colder months, we go for an ultra-hydrating routine to truly treat tired, dull skin. Start with a blissful double cleanse: we like Nourishing Oil Cleanser to melt away makeup and soften skin, followed by Purifying Cleanser to deep clean our pores and combat daily pollutants.
Once you’ve rinsed your skin clean, apply your favorite essence (we love Hydrating Floral Essence for a much-needed boost of Hyaluronic Acid) and then apply your serum.
