Packing Your Carry-On for In-Flight Wellness
Whether a road warrior or traveling home for the holidays, airplane travel can be taxing on the body and mind. That's why we always come prepared. Pack your carry-on for an in-flight wellness experience that will leave you feeling fantastic.
Skincare is always a top priority, and we are extra thoughtful about how we prepare for a flight.
Resurfacing Mask is one of our in-flight favorites for instant glow. Leave it on for 15 minutes, or keep it on for the whole flight. It’s discreet too - the mask goes on clear. On long hauls, we’ll apply Purifying Mask towards the end of our flight for a thorough cleansing and to fight the environmental stressors of airplane travel.
Our staff swears by Hydrating Floral Essence for a boost of moisture with hyaluronic acid. It’s also wonderfully refreshing during a long day of travel. We’re mad about this mini Retinoic Nutrient Face Oil because one little bottle magically solves so many of our skincare woes.
We always keep Boosted Contouring Eye Mask on hand to banish bags and revitalize tired eyes. Crème Riche is excellent for those prone to dry skin or for extra long flights. Tata swears by it and uses it on her flights for glowing, healthy skin on-the-go.
Aim to have 8 ounces of water for every hour in air, and sometimes more depending on the circumstances. Our tip: determine how much water you need to drink for a flight, buy bottles of water at the gate that corresponds to this amount, and make sure you’ve finished them by the time you land. And don’t forget to recycle your bottles when you land!
Travel with snacks to stay healthy and balanced. This organic Chia Squeeze is handy and packed with nutrients. We love a delicious quinoa salad for longer flights. A little fresh fruit - particularly vitamin and fiber-rich berries and oranges - can be very refreshing.
